Thanks to Jason for sending his Marin Nail Trail custom build from Quebec!
This is his build, in his own words:
At start, I bought the bike for the frame , the Fox 32 fork , and the XT build. I added the Mavic Crossmax enduro, superb FSA 2012 Afterburner cranks, and FSA K-Force 2010 carbon handlebar and stem. The seat post and saddle are from Specialized (they were on my previous bike), and this summer I added the Crank Brother grip that I really love, just like the Eggbeater 3 2010 pedal
The Marin came from my local shop at Baie-Comeau , Québec, riding every trail (we have a lot) around the town.
I really like the Boisé de la pointe St-Gille, with very nice trails: very easy to very hard technical trail with rocks, mud, sand , and roots. You have everything to have fun in that wood, just on the side of the sea, so beautiful, at just a minute to my houseÂ
Great shot Jason. Awesome to see a 2008 hardtail still going strong!
