Scott’s Marin San Quentin 2 Custom Build

Thanks to Scott for sending his 2019 Marin San Quentin 2 custom build!

This is his build, in his own words:

Fox 36 fork, TRP T4 brakes, E13 dropper, E13 LG1 wheels, RaceFace Chester pedals and Atlas bars, Chromag Trailmaster saddle. Nothing stock. I run Maxxis Minnion 2.8 front and rear.

Nanaimo has many different trail networks including Dumont, South Benson, Westwood, and ridge runner. All differ types of riding from XC to Big Hit Single track DH.

Trails are maintained by the local club: Nanaimo Mountain Bike Club.

Apex Bikes Nanaimo does a lot of my work along with Coal City Cycles, Arrowsmith Bikes and Rock City Cycles Nanaimo. We are very blessed with many great shops here in Nanaimo.
